Description

I think this is a type of Gull.. I'm trying to get the hang of shooting some action shots. I must have thrown away 100's of shots from a days shooting just to get 1 or two good ones.. Need more practice. Shot at 1/1600s, F5.6, ISO 1000 with Nikon D80. Image has been cropped plus some slight noise reduction due to the reduced res and Higher ISO. Regards.. Shaun

When taking action shots, I think your ratio of wasted to good shots is about right. I like the spread of wing feather fingers here. Great shot.
