Heraza, the outfit is actually a combination of several some of which are free. The top and gloves are from Vampire Bride 6, the corset is a freebie for V3 which I converted for V4, the hood I believe comes from Nightshade, the panty is just your ordinary panty and the stocking shader is a freebie from Bagginsbill.
