Description
Much of St. John is part of the Virgin Islands National Park St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. This limits development and keeps much of the island in pristine condition.
This picture is a two frame panoramic and was taken on 27 January 2009.
Thank you for viewing and commenting on my previous upload. Yes, I had lunch there and I thought the place was pretentious and overpriced until I tried to have a sandwich at Miami International.
I never noticed the girl with her cell phone (it always surprises me that the moment people get into their car they have to be on the phone, or in this case they have to make a last minute call before the food is served. What is so important)?
What I noticed later is that the stand that supports the umbrella is partially obstructing the other womans face, but I did like the flowers.
All pictures on this trip were taken with a Nikon Coolpix which I bought the evening before I left. I read the insructions on the flight to Miami and I am trying out various settings, Sig...

My friend, while I may not have actually been to St Johns, I HAVE been to Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Which I believe may be that island in the distance. They are not very far apart at all. Wonderful place and much the same I imagine! Debbie and I truly loved Tortola, one of our favourite places on Earth! Thanks my friend. Rob.

Read the instructions, eh? I AM impressed, Sig! Very few men read the instructions..., my lodger usually throws away those, and the bill, and the guarantee, then spends weeks wondering how to work it! It is my job to furtively collect them and file them so that when he needs one of them I can provide! I digress. this is a lovely shot of a marvellous looking place.
