As we seem to be in the grip of snow here made me think about how this wonderful creature can make so light of conditions far worse than we can imagine, or at least for a little while longer until global warming wipes out the ice-caps. I suspect that this resourceful creature will still survive somewhat better than the Polar bears. Thanks for taking time to view and any comments etc you care to make

This shot is a true splendor ! The subject is a pure beauty and the photo is technicaly perfect. Nevertheless, may I advice to crop a bit at the left part, or to enlarge the field at the right part. Like this the subject will no longer be centered, that would give a better balanced composition and improve the artistic perception of this quite perfect photo.
