Excellent - I like the top one the eyes up focus makes him look like he is thinking and gives more substance to the post work.

It's easy to solve... 6 is afraid of 7, because 7 ate(8) 9... that is why 6 is keeping it's distance - lol I like the bottem upload better.

I would have to vote for the top one. I like the face tattoo and the 'ears' on the hood a bit better. Cool background - very futuristic looking. Creative work!
