Description

I do not know the sculpture's name but he seems to only paint or sculpt this peculiar shaped cow and place them in weird positions, by all accounts he is quite famous. This one is here in Melbourne-Victoria-Australia. There are some others in the same area but by different people which I will upload later. Hope you enjoy looking at them.

"Cubist Cow....has no recollection of how it got up into this tree. And is not sure it wants to remember."

What a very strange piece of art; but then, art should make you think, and this certainly does!

Thank you for you comment. Mario, I have realized that I should tell everyone what the Sculpture represents. Here in Australia we experience vast contrast of weather. Drought with no rain for several years or tropical downpours that cause wide spread flooding. When this occurs hundreds of cattle (Cows etc) are swept away and their bodies are caught in the trunks of the trees and are revealed as the flood waters go down, hence the sculpture.

The artwork makes sense now you explain it. Turns it into quite a meaningful sad piece of artwork really.
