Description

One of the few pics I felt like taking this week after chemo..This was the next day..I have been so sick since chemo glad I took what few I did then...One or two may follow when I rode with hubby to the country to pic up his box money from his sales on the paper route he has on the weekend... This little bush is between my house and my neighbor's...I couldn't belive the ice on those berries..I was cold so I know this lil berry bush was...... 193,000 people are without power here in Ky..Our Gov has asked the President to declare our state an emergency zone...Billions of dollars in damage done.....25 deaths......100's of wrecks and many fires due to people using generators, keresone and space heaters..I have 2 space heaters but they have a saftey device on them..... Was under another Winter Storm Advisory today..several times it's snowed and you couldn't see.....Now dealing with bitter cold temps...Its 7 here now and below zero with wind chill temps... This round of chemo really got me and this winter storm didn't help at all I have been so very sick... All post work done in PSP 7 Added border and frame..No text this time I thought it would take away from the pic..... Any and all comments are appreciated... Please forgive me if I haven't commented on images... I have just really really been sick this go round Hope you all have a great weekend and you are warmer than I am... Hugs Susan aka Blush

This is a lovely winter capture Susan and I am sorry to hear that your chemo has been so ghastly this time round, bad enough to have that without snow and ice to make you cold too. I will send you some of our sunshine and summer warmth down the lines to help lift your temperatures. Take care.

Excellent pic Susan. Sorry to hear about your having to keep those Chemo sessions coming. Also sorry to hear about all the hassles with the cold. It's been in the mid eighties here in SoCal. But it drops down to the 60's at night. I sometimes have to wear a coat outside late at night. (heheheh) Anyway, get feeling better and I hope the cold spell lightens up for you soon. Hugs from Dave :^)

Its very beautiful Susan, beauty persevering in the adverse conditions! Sorry to hear you are feeling bad, hope that you are on the road to healing soon!!! And sorry to hear the storm woes there! We too are still in snow and freezing temps but thank heaven no power outages or damages to speak of here. Stay warm sister!

Such a beautiful capture! Even in the middle of this bitter cold, there is beauty to be seen. My brother in law is also getting chemo, and it seems as if he in for chemo an awful lot. But each type of Ca has it's own protocol, and each person has it tailored to them. So no two people are alike in their treatments, and in their reactions to treatment. I hope you will be done with yours soon, and on your way to good health.

I remember these days! We were so blessed to have escaped the bad ice and snow storms this year. It seems that they hit all around us. Beautiful picture, hon. So sorry you are so sick. I really hate it. Hope you are soon feeling good enough to go out and take some more lovely shots. Big hugs. Tennessee Sis.
