Description

She knew wwhat the punishment was for failure, but she wasn't told that the penalty for standing out was far worse. The young maiden was taken from her home to dance for the evil wizard in his castle by the lake of lightning. There she learned to dance and soon became his favorite dancer and concubine. As time went on the wizard formed a plan to keep his beuatiful captive forever young and beautiful, while dancing for him one night he cast a spell that turned her body into solid marble. Her mind unfazed by the spell continued to live of forever in her new body and the wizard came by her stand daily to gaze with love and to gently carress her cold hard body. This render was made for a contest at a different site, since it is already posted there I figured I would post it here with the story for your enjoyment.

Roy, I have to say that I am totally amazed at what you have been putting out here other than your bound maiden work. Of course in the absolute sense this is exactely what she is, but in this case she has no word for freedom or release me. This actually could show an outsiders view of your art but we both know that this is not the case. It is an incredible piece and I applaud you for once again pushing the limits in a totally unexpected direction. (Sorry for the first post, it was fully of mistakes, including calling your Rick!, oh crap, it is very late and I am brain dead, should have left it until next day - sorry Roy, but at least I pulled the BS!)

Stunning image and a wonderful story to go with it! Beautiful form of the character and I love the addition of the birds to further add to the fact that the poor creature can't move. It really does give 'bound' a whole new meaning.
