Description

This is another fan-art for the novel Darkwalker on Moonshae. It features the druid (and one of the primary protagonists) Robyn Moonsinger. Also included is the unicorn, Kamerynn and the faerie-dragon Newt. This comes from a scene near the end of the book, at which point, the Kamerynn is blind and relies on Newt to be his eyesight. I tried to suggest this by having Newt’s shadow fall across Kamerynn’s eye. All three characters were created in Poser and exported to Vue. The scenery and final render were done using Vue. I used Gimp to tweak the colors a bit and emphasize the early evening mood. Daniel Eskridge P.S. Check out Saurischia a novel than I'm illustrating
