yes, you do make the common sensational (Suzanne). It's like you saw, in those bushes/shrubs, the deep potential of their dark forms; and you saw, in the snow, the deep potential of its whites; and you allowed each to show that 'side' of themselves in one picture. A big chasm between the two shrub groups, like a collection of different lives existing across a big river. And yes, it's like a brush and ink drawing (Andrei), but it's wholly photographic; and that's the thing: You paint with photography. Stark & sensitive work, once again.
