Dearest Bambi,
Hi! I miss you so much, it hurts deep inside my heart. I know that you are upset that I left and had Aiko tel you where I was going - I just couldn't tell you myself!
It came as a big surprise to me to learn that I was chosed to be the emissary to the humans and honor the pact with them. I only had a few days to get ready and I was kept so busy, learning just the basics of human behaviour so I wouldn't make a fool of myself when I got to their lands, that I never had time to tell you that I had been picked.
The humans came by and got me, just a few minutes after Aiko left me in the glen. They escorted me to their region and I was asked to hide my wings, because not everyone there believed in Faeries! Can you believe that? Not only that, some of the people would have tried to hurt me, just because I have wings. So I made the 'disappear' just like mommy taught me to do.
I miss you so much, Bambi! I miss the long talks we had, just walking nowhere, or just flying just because we could!
Oh Bambi, you'll never guess who I'm living with! The Wallac's and it is their daughter, Corinda who was chosen to take my place there!!!! I've met a few of her friends and they miss her so much. And they're so full of questions about what it's like to live in Fae Valley, the people I've met, the things I did, what I've learned there. It seems that as soon as I answer one question, there's at least three more to take its place.
The Wallac's have put me in Corinda's room! She has some strange stuff all around. Pictures of groups of people with strange looking musical instruments. A really funny one is of this one group of men in some very strange makeup, I think their name was KISS! Are they ever strange looking, almost evil in appearance. the family is very nice, though and they are trying very hard to make me feel at home, I'm even helping the mother with the cooking and cleaning and the father is showing me some of their techno-magic that they use. I don't think I'll ever understand any of it!
It's twilite time here at the beach, where we're staying for the weekend, as they call it. The family has a small house that they go to when they come here. They do all sorts of things here at this beach, swim, walk around and just relax.
Have I told you that I miss you very much, Bambi? I do!
Humans have some very strange eating habits, at times I wonder how they can even live on some of the stuff they eat... they have these places called 'fast food' and we went to one the day I got here. I think the only reason they call it fast food is that you want to eat it quickly so you can get the taste out of your mouth sooner. Except this one type called Pizza! Oh is that ever good! You can have it with ANYTHING on it, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, all types of cheeses and a thing they call pepperoni - my favorite is a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and just a little bit of cheese. When I get back home, I'm going to try and bring the recipe with me and make it myself! You have got to try it! It's soooo good!
I heard a rumor that Fae Valley adopted a robot as a faerie? Is this true? You gotta tell me! Is she pretty? Does she have wings? Why did the elders adopt her? Why is she there in the first place? Let me know, please, dear?
Well, they're calling me to dinner and so I'll let you go! We're having something called hotdogs and pork & beans for supper tonight and so I've got to go.
I'll write more when I get the chance!

pps I've been adopted by their cat, Norman, at least that's what they call him, he told me his real name, Noratilltera which I think is a much prettier name and he agrees.

I've had a strange morning so far. I woke up just after 5am, dishes in the kitchen needed to go into the dishwasher... Wife told me I woke her and to stop... tried to get on the net... she had unplugged it.... saw a picture with green fingernails and the next image I seen after that was titled: "Pick me, Pick me" - lol.... I come here and saw how much you wrote and was floored... Other that gypsyflame, I've never read a longer page on this site - alot of reading... sure, you had some things in there that touched people and that's always cool, but Mike Come up for air - lol... remember who told you this too, someone who writes a lot - lol....PS, KISS RULES!!! Hey, she wouldn't be so sad if you did with her that I did with Bondage - make her a clone... What? Bondage isn't happy? He's in Hell??? You can still clone her - lol you have the poser tools - lol
