Description

Another close-up of one of my favourite Owls the Great Grey Owl swooping in over my head.. No harm came to me or her in the process lol. Though I came close to ending up on my backside!

This really brings out the "apostrophies" between the eyes. The meat of muscle as it joins the body is even clear in this. What a thrill to be so close to an owl in flight... I think I would be too awe-struck to raise my lens!
