Shri Ganesha
Son of Shiva and Parvati
The Hindu Lord of Beginnings
He wears the visage of an elephant, symbolizing Wisdom, Patience, Strength, Courage and Endurance.
His gesture reassures, He carries a jar of holy water to sprinkle blessings, the conch whose sacred sound begins all important events, and the ankus, his weapon in battles against evil.
