I'm not entirely happy with this, but then I'm not really willing to put in thousands if lights to make the city look really real. Yup, I'm lazy...which part of Hobbit didn't you get? (LOL!)
On a solemn note I wish to state that's Hobbits are a industrious and hard working people!

Great image Joe! I like her suite! Just a thought on the lighting... Try using one or two point lights... They'll throw light evenly in 360 degrees and thay may light up the city the way you want.
