Description

We found this particular planet's population easy to conquer! Although they were somewhat advanced for such a barbaric race, they were no match for our superior technology. We simply reversed the polarity of their planet and rendered all their weapons useless. This particular large group we found huddled together in one area of a huge population center they called 'Wall Street'. I think they call themselves 'Investment Bankers'. No matter. They should be able to work in the mines just as well as our other conquests. Thank you all for taking the time to view this render and a special thanks if you took the time to leave a remark! All your support is Very much appreciated!

In Dante it's called "contrappasso" = counterpoise, the process by which souls serve penance in Dante's Inferno according to the nature of their sins in life. A literal translation would be "counter-suffering". It is the ironic cosmological law ensuring that "the punishment fits the crime". Sinners not only become their sin (or re-enact their sin), they create for themselves and maintain themselves in their punishments. Very beautiful composition and very right penance!!! Bravo!

Brilliant composition and storyboard. The tragic, comic, investment bankers working in the mines... That's a good one.... maybe it would prevent them from doing so much damage to the financials, of common people....+5

Yah .. cheap .. but do they have ANY skills? :-) Then again, investment bankers probably are either near dead (health-wise) or super exercise-clubbed up.

evil laughter Oh, just too priceless for words! Eh, they'll probably spend all their time in meetings about how to increase productivity and/or the profit margin. They might have gotten the bum end of the deal with invading Wall Street.
