Description
This succulent plant caught my eye because of its unusual shape and colour. It looks almost like the desert equivalent of a rose.
The surface of the plant itself has an interesting texture that I thought would make a great macro subject.

It wasn't taken in the desert, but it was taken on a 40 degree Celcius day! I keep a pot full of succulent plants.
