Thanks for the comments everyone. @ 2ni, From the information I have found it has a service ceiling of 3,000 m, however I can't for the life of me find a picture or a video of one doing any more than than skimming the surface of the water (which is what it was built to do I know :). I assume it is able to roll but I'm not sure so I just granted myself an artistic licence :-)
