Description

My grandmother became seriously ill from last week. We nursed her as hard as possible, but, unfortunately she died. We held the funeral service of her. However, it is not a sad thing. She lived long to 102 years old. I respect the grandmother who lived long and want to celebrate it. I photographed a candle on the incense-burner table. Background is altar of the Japanese Buddhism-style for her. I think that this photograph is a long-lived lucky charm. Cheers... My friends and grandmother. Thank you.

you were very fortunate to know a grandparent as I never knew any .they all died before I was born, and probably I would have not known them anyway. my condolences and a beautiful capture

I'm sorry for your loss... but somehow you were very lucky to have a grandmother for that long! I was 13 when my grandma passed away... Great tribute!

My thoughts are with you... 102 years old is a great age ! My grandfather is in his 70s and is not in a very good health. We fear the worse for him but we know we cant' avoid it... Very nice shot and mood : your grandmother would be proud of this picture !
