Description
The Dystopian elders finally agreed on a new currency for the colony; called the Topa, it features the visage of Henrietta the Bold, the Joan of Arc-like heroine who thwarted the Necir's onslaught of the city. Topas are burned onto small cynoresin plates, and are worth apprx. $120.
