on the sides of her head, she looks like she's got flashlights rolled up in her hair... the outfit I think would look great on a little girl under 10, but on a woman??? I don't know.... I would of like to have read what you were thinking.

nice work scott and it looks close to the show cept for a couple small details her pig tails are alot longer and the things in em are more round then oval and she wears high heeled boots but all and all it is very close

The outfit and hair are alright, but she looks far too old. In the first season Sailor Moon and the inner scouts are (supposedly) 14 years old.

I must concur with SenshiTaurus. Usagi and the others are supposed to be 14 years old in seasons 1&2, 15 in seasons 3&4, the 16 in the 5th season (Sailor Stars). The choker ,bow, and boots are supposed to be red on the image. Plus, she has pigtails that come down to her knees.

Well, I think it's a good effort and what have you guys against 'Artistic Licence'. Most Fan-Art is a rendition of the original and some are very close to prefect...... 'But' .... there are copyright laws, and some are more vigerous than others. I would have to agree with ButtercupSaiyan, a more 'Youthful' face maybe. Keep at it mate.... it's good.
