Description

Went for a drive today and saw an eagle, so stopped to catch a few shots. Then this seagull came and started screaming at the eagle and it took off with the seagull in hot pursuit. This was a lucky catch! Those seagulls are pretty gutsy, this eagle could turn on it in a second! Hope you like it...

I learned a while back, never underestimate those so-called whimpy birds. I've seen mockingbirds go after hawks and a robin face off with a pair of blue jays. This is really unusual to see but gulls are pretty cranky birds as well. I really love the faces on both birds. Stellar moment captured!

What a great shot, Keeneye! It would have been a great shot of just the eagle. I can hear the seagull, what a gutsy, pesky, funny bird. You gotta laugh at that audacity. You captured it perfectly.
