Description

This is another Meerkat of the same family at Durrell's. This photo is several years old but I hope to get some more shots as soon as the rain stops. MickUK50 asked what camera this and my recent posts were from and it was a Dimage 7 not a digimax 7 as I advised him lol, I must make use of it again its sitting in a cupboard! My friend who is an avid photographer is going to teach me a few things about photography though she does say I have good composition, maybe she is being kind :) If anyone could suggest a newer camera that might be easy to use, I would welcome some suggestions, please message me. My Casio EX1050 is fine for point and shoot pictures but as I am recognising better opportunities for a photo its time to move on to something which will show greater detail etc. Thank you for your views and comments & have a great week. Susan

the Canon dslr rebels are very easy to learn and the price is down a lot.I am surprised you have meerkats living there in the wild since they are an African animal.you do compose your shots very well

Look at those sweet arms... i love the way they hang like that when they are on alert. :-) You really have some fine shots going lately and this one is no exception. I wish I could help on the camera question but since I do not have the sort of funds it takes to get any better than my own point and shoot, I can't say what might be good to look at. There might be some suggestions in the Photography Forum. There are a lot of discussions that go on there with good advice on cameras and equipment.
