Description

6 little kittens of various ages were waiting for the photographer to arrive for their first Valentine shoot. Kittens being curious and playful just could not sit still waiting, so the inevitable happen. 6 week old Amy, jumped up onto one of the chains that was holding a heart, and began to swing back and forth. "Wheeeee"! she purred "this is great fun"! Freddie the red/silver boy and the youngest aged just 5 weeks, watched mesmerised by Amy. Her sister who had been hiding at the back of the stage, crept forward hoping to jump on the chain and frighten Amy off. Amy's other sister just looked up in awe at her wonderful sister, and the 2 eldest aged 9 weeks 'Flower and Chloe,' watched her quissically, and at the same time thinking up ideas of amusing themselves too. Hmmm! ... I think the photographer really ought to hurry up, before the beautiful background is a total wreck ...THE END I wish to thank you all for taking the time to look at my gallery, and for leaving kind and inspiring comments whenever you can. again you've caught kittens in many different positions, each revealing another part of who they are, what they are; and revealing more of how they can turn, all the ways they can twist their bodies & heads & limbs, etc. You've brought them altogether in a kind of kitten-convention; and anyone who's had a litter knows how they'll drop all over the place like scarves dropped from the sky—that's how this looks, an exact capture of a litter of kittens running all over the place. Another sensitive job, Jane, with much beneath the surface. And it's all played out on a checkerboard, like this is some grand game. Nicely placed against the background, and I like that you often have either an animal (or part of one) out of the frame, a nice counterpoint in every case. And of course one seems to be crawling its way out too! More sensitive work from you Jane. I hope this mid February is finding you well! Lots of blessings your way, as always! Mark

Awwwww! That Amy is SO agile and adventurous! And would you look at the intensity in her sister's eyes! Now there's a determined kitty! This is just so precious! Boy oh boy, that photographer better hurry up and get his pictures taken!!
