Description
Put a lot of time into this image, hope you enjoy. Viera is a type of human in Final Fantasy 12 (Video Game) and the small creature in her hand is a malboro. Malboro in the game are alot larger and give your characters bad status effects by using bad breath. This a tiny one so its almost harmless to the viera.

Those Malboros do have pretty bad breath. Never seen a baby one though.
