Looks like a whiskey flask. Central Park was, and is, an interesting concept in "urban planning". Most critics are very positive, but one wonders about the downside of the equation as well. Except for humans, it is not a wilderness area, for example. Does it give its denizens a dangerously domesticated view of nature and the world outside the city? The first Cosimo Di Medici may have planted it with contadini just to get something more constructive out of the real estate than tourist photos and scenic overlooks for flush, isolated, supercilious apartment dwellers.
