Susanne, it's gorgeous! It's beautiful. And the fact that you made it for me makes it all the more special, thank you so very much! I can see how some of my colors may have inspired you, but you made an image that's wholly your own...I love the swirls, and I love how some sections are soft—looks like smooth brushwork—while other sections are rough, like oils (especially around the borders). It's a nice sweeping vision, and your orange-ish outlines really set off your blues & greens. And then, at top, you have this burst: It's like a sunburst, only it's in blues: I love that! And the areas around the borders—you dripped your paint over the edges, as if it spilled over: I love that kind of technique—I do that a lot myself (spilling over borders & edges)...Thank you so much for thinking of me, Suzanne, it made me feel very special; and believe me when I tell you, this is a beautiful piece all by itself. A fav for making me feel terrific, and a fav for a beautiful piece of art. I'll tell my sister she was an influence—she''ll love that! You're a very creative person, and I love all the variety in your gallery. This is a truly beautiful painting...((((((Susanne))))))

thanks for dropping by at helle's heaven, i'm a bit late saying thanks very much and i'm glad you like that little cartoon of your aunt helle :) i echo all the others here, you played with mark's palette quite very well, it makes me think of the sea first, but its open to many other views as well!
