Description


On a cold winters day, I was driving by a small frozen lake. I stopped for a look when I noticed something lying on the ice. A pigs head. There were a few farms nearby so possibly the head came from there. How it got onto the lake, I do not know. I took a few shots and carried on...

I don't find it so disturbing as it makes me wonder if you were up to a special meal. Not easy to find a whole head at our grocery store except in the fall when tamales are being made. Nothing better than hog jowls for a pot of beans. Very unusual shot... was it for the shock value or is there some message you are conveying?
