When I worked and lived in the Vietnamese community here in my town a few years back, I would water family dry their food on the fence around the apartment complex. The swimming pool was not used but mats and screens were laid out around it with all sorts of food exposed to the sun for drying. This is a lot more appealing than the process of drying it. I really like the composition. Good clarity.
