not really, just a happy valentine wish for any and all Mark Twain once was the 13th guest at a dinner party. A friend warned him not to go. "It was bad luck," Twain later told the friend. "They only had food for 12." maybe it was good luck as he could have gotten food poisoning thanks for viewing and any comments

According to the Nuremburg Chronicle (though it is probably fiction) the Saint Valentinus commemorated on February 14 was first beaten with clubs and stoned, then beheaded. The earlier sources are more honest, saying in effect, who knows who the hell Saint Valentine was--just shut up and celebrate the day. The later, German version was commemorated in Chicago as the the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre. Anyway, this is much too good an image ever to appear in a seed catalogue. Kudos.
