Description

A new IP, a new ice age has forced the western world to move south, the US and Canada invade Mexico (taking Greenland and Iceland with them), the UK reclaims it's old colonies in Africa (bringing stability and peace once again to a region afflicted by civil war), the other European powers move into North Africa, the Sarah desert becomes arable as the climate shifts and the temperate climate moves south. Russia and China follow suit. I'd have liked to include more detail but even with 8GBs Vue's resources dropped to 38% and I had 'issues' with Vue crashing out. Postwork - stiching the three images together, exhaust/breath (brushes - Rons smoke), Coat Fur (Painter X), colour adjustment, glow, smoothing edges, etc...
