Description

I hope you all have a great day and evening with your loved ones or indeed if you are on your own. I am single but have prepared a valentine dinner for myself of guacamole on toasted bread, king prawns in filo pastry with sweet chilli dip, followed by fresh mango and a glass or two of pinot grigio. I may even have a few chocolates during the evening!! Just because some of us are single doesn't mean we should not treat ourselves! Thank you for your views and comments Susan

I'm not single exactly but I am not expecting company either. I woke this morning feeling very left out of this celebration but I have been enjoying everyone's photos and wishes for Valentines day and not, your words and photo have inspired me to pull myself out of this bed and show myself how special I am.
