this looks great. I do not know maya at all, but you did a fantastic job with it. The reflections on the tv screen came out good. I like the lighting, as if coming in from an open door. (although it appears to have a light source under the bed, that is casting a shadow towards the camera from the foot of the ladder.) Nice work.
