Description
I think it is pretty hard to simulate daylight with HDRI, but I found a couple of HDRI that might work. What do you think, is it daylight beliveable? :) Strata

Looks like a computer generated image (which of course it is!). The bright parts are making other things look a little 'flat' to my eyes. Covering the white area in the top right, the spoon and glass highlight balances the image out more!

Perhaps you are right Becco UK, I can agree. Perhaps deeper shadows in the foreground helps contrastwise. :) Strata (I will repost a modified image now)

Looks good you might add some radiosity to reflect the objects off each other. Although it will probably double your render time. Nice job!
