If you were to make the lava rock textures all glow from 1000 degree centigrade heat, it would be perfect....Didn't you say you had been out in the lava fields here? Did you happen upon any of the flowing kind? It has the most unusual purple-red glow to it when it's liquid, hard to capture I bet. Those textures we are playing with map really well to the primitives don't they. I will start collecting/scanning some wood textures for you and send them along with the rest of the rock stuff I still am dogging it on...!

yes, let's just say my shoes got burned. it was still a long way to the plume! ... within approx. 1km? haha this is "down time" so it's orange in the windows. you woud need UV film to get ultraviolet?
