I was born in the flat lands of Kansas in a family of nine. My love of images started when I was 11 in the mid60s and my mom brought home a box full of Life and Look mags. Being the middle child, withdrawn and depressed. I took these images, cut them up made collages to express myself. My Art form begain and so too my love of Photography. I still make Collages from found objects. But once I got my computer I turned to 3D Art. Then replace my old SLR with a digital and here I am. I now live on a small Island in the Puget Sounds. With my husband and two cats and a menagerie of wild life.

fabulous triptych!

How beautifully you've displayed these .. so much more effective then one at a time! I love that you did catch a bee approaching a blossom in that last frame! I'd love to have these beauties in my garden, but it gets way too cold for them here .. unless we dig them up each year. I'm not that much of a gardener. I much prefer to stick stuff in the ground and not have to deal with digging up and replanting each winter and spring! Fine .. so I'm lazy.

A very beautiful trilogy, Bonita... excellent sequence of the different stages of this beautiful flower, and very nicely presented!

One could say, it's almost a triptych... crisp and clean presentation, beautifully done, Bonita. yes, I agree with you, those bees are always so speedy ! Cheers BB

Mine are being crowded out by Naked Ladies and canna lilies. I do so love them and hate to see them get choked out. That last one is great with the bee who looks so relaxed even while flying.

A wonderful trio of captures, I have a white Agapanthus in my yard but the recent bushfires in our state have turned it black with soot, also love the bee which of course is my favorite insect.
