Description
Terriers can be very scrappy critters and will challenge just about anybody or anything. I think in this case the dragon would probably just get annoyed and leave to avoid the aggravation - and the bull terrier would be inordinately proud of himself...;^O

It's always the little dogs who are the most vigorous on a challenge. I guess they got all the adrenalin of a wolf packed into a 7 lb frame and so have a lot of guts and courage per pound of mass. But I donno, it looks like this dragon is giving serious consideration to a swipe with his talons or maybe even a thunk with his twitching tail.
