The costume looks postworked. If it is, let me give you a tip: be sure to make a layer or a selection that's black and about 20% transparent underneath the clothing, it will fake some shadows. You can soften the edges using a Blur filter or the Smudge tool. If this is a render, be sure to add Ambient Occlusion nodes in the Material Room or check "Enable Raytraced Shadows" on your light.....
