Description

As promised (threatened?), the final image in the current Hell's Aquarium sequence, this time soaring above the oceans of Kansas of 80 million years ago, from a bird's-eye (or perhaps pterosaur's-eye) view... The pods of Styxosaurus elasmosaurs and smaller Dolichorhynchops cruise along the surface of the shallow sea. High above, only a flock of Pteranodon longiceps can see the huge shadow tracking the unsuspecting plesiosaurs from beneath. They instinctively know the shadowy form is a huge mosasaur, and avoid dipping down too close to the water's surface, lest they become the object of the monster's attention... Posed in Poser 6, Rendered in Mojoworld 3.1, using Doc Mojo's 'Ichthyosaur World' from Renderosity Freestuff "Hell's Aquarium: Plesiosaurs", "Mosasaur" and "Pteranodon" from DAZ.
