Description

This is not a usual upload for me, but I have to boast a little here. I made the fence yesterday, mainly to keep my dogs out of at least SOME of my garden, so that I can plant things without them destroying it all! These are sleepers from one of the mines here in Welkom and they're made from Rhodesian Teak, which is just about extinct now. I'm looking after them for my dad - he's coming in May to collect them and I can't wait to see what he's going to make with them :-) Anyway, oh, and the cat is Siam and the back-end of the dog you're seeing is Dusty - they play a LOT together, charging all over the yard!

Ahhhh landscaping to be proud of but I surely would love to have those red gold logs. Your dog and cat does make for an interesting composition.

You made this fence Kathy?...Golly you are a strong lady, I shall not argue with you LOL, beautiful timber, would make some gorgeous looking furnature.
