Hello!
The other day I painted an abstract acryllic painting on canvas. I didnt like it much. I took a shot at it and played with it in PSP 9. Now I like it more :)))
Thank you for your kind comments to yesterdays upload and extra thanks to those who added it to favs. :)))
Have a great and very creative Weekend. This coming week my youngest son will be here on vacation. It is always so cosy. :-)

We all see different things within abstracts, this is a marvelous creation from you Helle, I love the sweeping metalic blue, it comes right out to the viewers eye. there is almost a feathery stroke from your brush. Wonderful!!!

great outcome helle! i love the blues drifting up like waves towards that darker area, a wonderful movement in theere. you did good to rework this in PSP, its a quite wonderful play of colours and shapes, i like it a lot :)

this is marvelous Helle, you've turned whatever you started with into a shimmering abstract of wings & chiseled forms & great strong color-swaths. If you want to see a small version of the painting Nikolay mentioned, here's a small version here. You've got some wonderful violets and dark hues here too, and your background is very active. This has an almost Abstract-Expressionist feeling, like the canvases you saw in NYC in the mid century. Very vital; and though dark, it's very bright and energetic. A hands-down fav. I love this.
