Description
Hampton Jitney is an immortal wizard who has manipulated the fate of nations and kings since Atlantean times. From his tower in Manhattan, housing his vast Nomus Patri financial organ, he unleashes plagues of foreign debt and compound interest upon those who dare defy him.
Simyan is a young god who has learned that when Jitney puts a bill into collection, you don't miss a payment. Or else.
