How exciting! I don't much like slippery sports myself, (although I did go as assistant leader on a school ski trip) But I can appreciate the pleasure of others. This is a VAST place, a lovely pic, Alan.

My first thought was, "I was sure Alan said he was going to Spain"--thinking our Sierra Nevada here in California!! Very similar terrain, that's for sure--beautiful!!

Excellent sweeping vista style shot Alan, who'd have thought there was snow in a hot country, that said though, I am always amused at the lyrics of "do they know it's Christmas" there won't be snow in Africa this christmas time, I'll wager it's not icing sugar on mount Kilimanjaro, "No rain or rivers flow?, what about the zambesi, the nile?...Oh well there wouldn't have been a song without some artistic license eh?
