Description
After I saw the final results of this image the title popped into my head. "Blue Velvet" recorded by Bobby Vinton (1963). I just needed to create an image since it has been 13 days ago I posted my last image. This character is one of my own I call her Tabatha. I also was playing around with textures and created her Blue Velvet outfit.
