Almost 100% Bryce :)
Some minor postwork in photoshop, and one model made in Rhinoceros.

I like it. The sand in the foreground is a nice touch, but I think the bumpiness of the cliffs is a bit overpowering and detracts from the buildings. A bit more detail and less bump on the cliffs, perhaps?
