Description

Our heroes are off on another adventure! Hello everyone, I thought the last image in this series was going to be the last one, but I wanted to show off the transparency map I learned how to make from a tutorial here in the Rendo data base. The bullet holes in the girl's costume were done with the trans map effect. It looks pretty good in the full view image. (Sorry for the sadistic streak, but the bad guys were really evil, and she hasn't suffered any lasting effects.) The render was posed, lit, and rendered in Poser 7. I placed colored point lights at each of their hands to cast the shadows and lighting for the special effects I postworked in later, using Photoshop Elements 7. I also picked up some new Photoshop brushes and tried them out for the lightning effects. I've been looking for a way to do realistic lightning and flames; these look alright, but I could still use some pointers from some of the Rendo artists out there. As always, the links to the previous images in this series are below for anyone interested: 1 - The Moment of Truth 2 - The Element of Surprise 3 - Turnabout is Fair Play 4 - Rescued! 5 - Back in Action Thanks for all your comments, Tom Seaview123 Additional Credits: Belle character for V4 by 3D Celebrity Arick character for M4 by LiquidAnime (freebie) Slayer Guard for M3 by Lourdes Mercado on Daz3d

The bullet holes are fantastic! Trans maps lets you do loads of stuff. I use them for creating different clothing styles on the MFD. Lightening and fire effects look great too. I see three down for the count. lol Excellent work.

Diamond hard skin? Healing factor? Don't really matter cause the effect looks fantastic. The should continue concentrating their fire in that area to finish it off. lol, good stuff!
