My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

What a perfectly behaved fella he was indeed! Kinda funny, I did expect a zoo specimen, but this equis species seems so elated and happy. Thank you for the smile!

the comments in the Photography Gallery are some of the best...best stories, best jokes, best puns, and people really care about each other...You have a way of getting certain shots with such classic elegance, the light in this feels just perfect, the zebra standing out really boldly against the dark greens (and yeah, they do look a little 'rousseau-ian') (is that a word?) The gold pole adds a fine accent too. Really fine act of seeing & capturing. A lovely shot.
