Zoldo, Italy. They have these wonderful wooden hay stores for the winter in the valley, and they cut the air vents in any shape, here it's a cow and a combination of good luck objects (a horse shoe with a four leaves clover), elsewhere it might be a cock, or a goat or else ...

Great shot! I love the piled snow and the storage towering over it. We don't get snow so I forget about keeping hay safe like this. Usually a tarp cover with flap sides works around here. :-)
