I've always been interested in art, especially portraits and fantasy art, but never really had any time to do any since I left school. Last year , my boyfriend bought me Poser 5 (which I loved the idea of, but couldn't operate for love nor money) I've since upgraded to Poser 6 and bought a MAC and Photoshop at the end of last year (2005).BIOAfter lots of trial and error (and trawling through manuals), I finally got the hang of it in March of this year - now I can't stop!

I preferred her eyes closed better. It gave her a dreamier look.

Both are excellent. However with the eyes closed makes the pose more sensual. So being a full blooded male you know which one I'll pick ;-)

They are both gorgeous and elegant but I prefer this one because it seems that she is reaching out to someone, a lover, whereas in the other one she was in a dream state. To me this one has greater intamicy and draws you to her, whereas in the other one you would respect her and leave her to her own. It is interesting what a subtle change can do and thank you for sharing these with us.

both are sensational, and both are equaly beautiful. artist choice on the two, me i like em both. steve
Victoria-Purplehair
oh wow so gorgeous! definitely like this version better - her eyes add to her attitude and the pose and just look gorgeous with the rest of the image. tells more of a story too. its true the other version made her look very 'dreamy', but i personally like the non-dreamy version better. Beautiful!

You are right, they are totally different. And they are both fantastic! I prefer this one for the assumed interaction with someone.

Beautiful work!

Both are amazing but i prefer this one as the eyes open connect and interact with the viewer, whereas the other was more private and the viewers were just onlookers if that makes sense! Beautiful work either way!
Thetis
~very beautiful image~

both excellent. I'm going to buck the trend and prefer the other one if you don't mind.

both of them look stunning, I can’t decide either. Just by having the eyes open or shut they look like they are trying to convey two different feelings. With the eyes open it is more of a longing or yearning feeling by the character. With the eyes shut, the feeling seems resolute, as though she has come to terms. Does that make any sense? Awesome job with both

well, with the eyes open you look at nothing else. lol, i mean, with the eyes open that's the focal point of the image. with the eyes shut, you look at what she's holding in her hand that's pointed to the camera. just mho. :)
