Post work done in photoshop using GBlur 20.5, saturation tweak, curves adjustments using my own settings and a copy of the image overlayed and set to hard light.

Hello everyone, thanks for your comments. The image was taken on the way back from a place called Mow Cop in Staffordshire uk. I actually went to photograph the folly of a ruined castle at the summit of the hill, built in 1754. Unfortunatley the weather changed very quickly up there, and so I didn`t get much.
