Hello,
I'm doing one more with this character, because I really like how this effect came out. The holes in her costume were made by applying a transparency map in the Poser materials room. I read some tutorials, did some playing around and figured it out.
The lightning and rain background were done using Photoshop brushes from the freebies area.
Try the full view, you can see the effects a little better there. Let me know what you think.

You nailed the lighting for the lightning...that sounds weird, well you know what I mean ! Maybe a bit more specularity on her skin and clothing, to help mix in with the rainy background, just a suggestion, well done ! ~Cheers~
